In the Chinese drama [Digital Army], formation of a Digital Army was to be executed.
The 2 candidates ear-marked to be Head of this army are [Captain Commander
（大校）] with 4 stars between 2 lines on their insignia.

However, during the course of a mock-up battle between these 2 candidates, a Superior Commander（上校） was caught playing Hand-held game & on questioning, he gave comments about how boring and "stalemate" the mock-up battle is.
The Junior General（少将) then halted the mock-up battle immediately and put the suggestion of the Superior Commander into action, that is he ordered the 2 sides to choose from those officers seated in audience watching the mock-up battle on screens.
Both Captain Commanders have their own supporters routing for them to be chosen as the Head of the Digital Army!
However, after another field battle, the Superior Commander, a rank lower than the 2 initial candidates was appointed as Deputy Head of the Digital Army!
The story continues with Human Factors in play hence! :)
